Returns

Is it possible to return my order?

Yes, it is possible. If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 14 days of receiving your order. In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:


  • The order must still include all relevant parts and components, and the packaging must be exactly as it arrived with the product.
  • The product must have been handled normally; damage caused by improper handling is excluded.
  • Products for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process.
  • The product must have been reported as defective immediately upon receipt.
  • We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.
  • A return will be processed within 7 business days, and if the conditions are met, it will be officially approved within this period.



How can I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, you must take the following steps to initiate the return process:


  • Send an email to: info.store.athena@gmail.com
  • Make sure the email includes the following information:
    • Order number
    • Reason for the return
    • Photo of the product in case of damage or breakage
    • Customer’s first and last name
    • Customer’s address



We will then contact you and provide you with the return address. Please do not send the return to the sender’s address; we will give you the correct address after your request.

You, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs.




Order Cancellation

The consumer has the right to cancel under the following conditions, provided that the consumer is a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be primarily attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity:

Right of Withdrawal

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the last item.


As we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after being placed. Therefore, we are unable to interrupt the shipping process once it has begun. A refund is only possible after the goods have been received.


To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us, Deerès Melbourne, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement. The withdrawal is considered complete once we have received the returned goods. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.


Shipment Tracking During Transit

Since our goods are shipped from Asia, longer transit times may occur, which are beyond our control. If the goods are already in transit to you, cancellation is no longer possible. Please wait until you have received the goods and then return them to us. Of course, you may notify us in advance of your intention to withdraw.


To ensure the fastest possible processing of your return, we kindly ask you to provide us with a shipping confirmation.


Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs (except for any additional costs incurred if you chose a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive both your notice of withdrawal and the returned goods.


For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we have explicitly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
